Sub(s) for an orion 2500?

Probably going to take HotCarl's orion 2500d off his hands. Wondering if you guys had any suggestions on subs to hook up to it. Thinking maybe 2 15" L7s??? Let me know what you guys think. Want somthing really loud but still sound decent. Price range about 300 per sub (ebay).

The possibilities are nearly endless. L7s would probably do well with that much power

Does it have to be from ebay? L7's would get loud. For $350 a piece you could go with 2 15" Mags, also look at the Fi Q, RE SX/MX (although MX might be a little underpowered, not sure), there are lots of options.

for something that sounds good i wouldn't get kicker. i have heard an insane amount of kicker set ups and the sq never sound great. but they well be loud as hell. other speakers that get loud with alot of kick are rockford fosgate speakers. boston acoutics also has some good subs around that range if i remember. i think they were G2's or something. but maybe you should ask someone more experience.

your amp should power these real nice and if you don't like um, online car stereo has a easy return policy. just have everything thing ready for them before they get here so you can make the 30 day deadline.

i had the same set up 2 l7's and a 2500, that shit was poundin! untill i missed with the gains and blew one l7. but it defently slaps, but ill be replacing them with 1 18" BTL //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif
