Sub Problem

I just bought 2 new 10" PG subs. Today while driving i noticed one of them sounded odd. When i got home i opened up my trunk and heard that one of them had a ratling sound to it. It still played at the normal level it just had this wierd ratling sound. Is the speaker blown or about to be trash. What can I do to fix this?

What pg subs, and what amp was powering them. Where did you buy them from. I would send them back immediately if its defective.

they are octane R bought brand new from a dealer using a sony p5 amp

take them back, thats all I got to say. I would suggest that you should have invested a little more money to get the octane zr subs, which are much better quality, better built tinsel leads, and more powerhandling, but their is no reason for that octane sounding like that. must have been defective. take it back immediately
