Sub Placement help

I'm trying out this plan of Moe Lester's http://img30.imageshack.us/my.php?image=35cubes32hz5075sqin1aw.png and I'll also be building an aeroport box to compare them. Anyways, I know that it's good to keep the sub as far from the port opening as possible, but where do you think it would be best to place my subs? It's for 2 type r 10's. Thanks.
