Sub making weird noise, VIDEO, help please!

We wired up my friends system today, all equipment is used, its my brothers old system however he never had problems with it. We wired it up and the sub was making this noise with the engine not running and the volume all the way off. The cone was vibrating. You guys ever heard anything like this before? Got an idea what is wrong?

That's in the amp, certain parts go bad and produce a whine, or it's possible the head unit is sending signal to the amp, unplug the RCA's see if it stops.

Hook the amp up to a different sub maybe. Check your grounds and all. I'd recommend direct wire to battery for that, doesn't really sound much like a grounding issue, but car audio is retarded and a lot can cause a lot, just sounds like a problem with circuitry.

Possibly in the rca pots, take cover off the amp and inspect for burn marks or anything touching those connections
