have 2 dd 9518s

before wiring the subs up we notice that one coil on one of the subs was reading a 70-80 ohm load reading. we did a quick pop test on it with a 8v battery. after that the ohm load read correctly.

Built a box that is symetrical. One sub on top of the other with a port to the drivers side.

For what ever reason now that sub seems to be bottoming out occasionaly while the other sub preforms fine....

it weird...

anyone have an explanation of what may be happening?

well i dont think it could be loading because... the box is completly symetrical... well centered off... if one was doing it then the other should too...

Rab your probably right...
