2. What is the advantage to Freeair, or how does it compare to a sub in a sealed box.

3. is the Kicker Comp 01C84 a good sub?

the voice coil, in a nutshell, is what you hook the positive and negative wires up to in order to get the sub working, i have never heard free air subs before but i heard they ****, you will get much better sound out of a sub(s) in a box

dude... how many screen names you got?

i've never heard a free air sub, probably cause nobody has one, but i think in order for a free air sub to equal a sub in a box, there has to be a tremendous more amount of power applied to the free air sub. bottom line... you dont want one!
