sub help!

ok, i have an mtx 125x2 amp with 2 10's in a small sealed box. i want 2 replace the subs, what wuld be the best matchup to this setup 4 around 200 bucks, i want a lil more spl than sq. i thought about kicker comps, but it seems all of them r free air compatible, which i dont want, any suggestions would be appreciated.

slick rick------ check out kickers

10'' comp vr with the duall 4ohm voice coil

you can wire each sub voice coils for a

2ohm load. then wire each 2ohm sub

to your mtx amp at 2ohm stereo

pre channel check it out

The VR subs would be a good choice.

you can also series wire each sub's coils together and parallel the subs together and hook it up mono bridged at 4 ohms.

check into cerwin-vega vega series 10d4's. they hit and are around your price.

Before i got my Type r 15, i had 2 10 inch type s. These subs might be alittle more money ( I don't know what they cost down there since i am from Canada) but they sound awesome and can hit pretty hard, I had 2 mtx pro 752's 1 amp running each svc sub, and it pounded...I push alpine cause i have never been dissapointed by them..
