Sub Enclosure ideas...

I have a 1999 Chevy Silverado 1500 long bed with just a bench seat, no cab. I was hoping if anyone knew of a place to find a custom enclosure for subwoofers for that model of vehicle. Most of the places I have looked have only had the Ext Cab. model featured. If a retailer doesn't have a model that would fit, I'd be open to suggestions on how to find a custom box or instructions to build one.
