sub/amp help?

Can anyone tell me what amp i should get that is around $600 or below, that makes the bass heard from down the street. Also what subs would go with it. And where any of this stuff is. Also what is better to have 4,2,1, .5 ohms.

So, let me get this straight, you want to be heard down the street? Do you not have any respect for your neighbors. Do you think they want to hear you from down the street? Is your self esteem so low that you need to get attention to feel good? Your first step towards getting a system is to learn what a system is about, and it sure isn't about waking your neighbors up.
