Sub amp cutting out... low volt? only @ high vol

Ya well I may just be ending up taking it to the repair shop, today I disconnected all the wiring, then unmounted the amp from the amp rack and re connected the wires on the outside of the beauty panel, and held the amp off of the rack with my hands so it wouldnt see any vibrations through panels at all, and it still cut out

My voltage was pretty low, but still, Ive seen it run lower and still play just fine, kinda seems almost song dependent.

I orderred a 200 amp alt that Im going to rig up as a secondary alt in my engine bay, to feed the back batts.

Going to be an interesting couple weeks

Dont know if I should get my amp checked out while im waiting for this alternator, or if I should hope the higher voltage will solve the problem

Hey, I solved my problem. The bass kept making the screws on the fuse holder come lose. Good luck with that alternator.... Nice *****...
