I have yet to see someone post some entirely wrong information, but reading is always good...Before you listen to some of the bad advice here, go to http://www.bodybuilding.com and read up on things for yourself. They have workout programs for beginners and all the information you need to read up on. BTW, for those of you that think you continue to get stronger after you get off creatine, you're wrong, when you get off creatine, you actually lose some or most of the strength you gained while on it. You also lose some size due to your muscles not retaining as much water anymore. But like I said, before you take some of the bad advice given here, do some research for yourself then ask questions on a site that has trainers and people who've been lifting longer than you've been alive.
my friend chris deep does hold the state bench record for 17-18 yr olds in PA 505lbs..Oh man. My brother holds state bench records. He would have had an American record but there wasn't a legitimate judge at the meet. He was benching 325 when he was 15, 385 when he was sixteen, and 445 when he was 17.
Of course that got me into lifting when i was about 13, when i was 16 I was up to like 295? Right now i can probably only do like 250 because I havent lifted in a few weeks(lazy, its winter)
Our routine was like this.... Lift everyday for 1-2 hours for 5 or 6 days, rest 1 or 2 days, Repeat. Its not healthy though. My brother already feel the pain in his joints from arthritis.
so whatever you do, dont go crazy

Okay what's your weight and height? I hope you're extremely heavy and short or you are just full of BS.Oh man. My brother holds state bench records.
