No but andro can and if someone was getting acne saying it was from creatine they were probably on this stuff. It spikes your test levels way up but has side effects similar to a steroid. It's by definition natural, as it is derived from a tree I believe. Andro definitely works (but not as good as a steroid) but I wouldn't recomend using it. Creatine does work but in my opinion it is cheating so I stay away from it. As for some of the comments on bench press, don't worry about the numbers you are putting up on it. Be patient keep good form and don't overdue it on bench press. I hurt my shoulder pretty bad doing a set of 105 dumbells without a spot on the first rep. Didn't feel the pain until I put the weight down. You can get big without relying on bench press. If you do decide to do bench press make sure you strengthen the stabilizer muscles in your shoulders to minimize risk of a shoulder injury. Also make sure you do low back and abs exercises. You may look stupid doing the low back exercises but they are very important when you start lifting heavier. The most important part is eating. You have to eat to grow. If you don't eat you will end up with muscle catabolism and defeat the purpose of lifting.
