Starting to lift....

Joshpoints, your wrong. First of all, i said i was 6'4" 205 NOW, go back and look. When I was sixteen I was 6'3" 225, if thats much of a difference. And yeah, I have to push the weight a far ways. If you got hair on your sack, you have testosterone, I dunno if you're a late bloomer or whatever, but if your lifting at 12/13/14 you will see gains, albeit small gains. I was repping with 95 when I was 13, and 155 when I was 14. When I was thirteen I was 5'5", I was 6'1 when I was 14.... so a majority of my gains were when I was turning 15, both in bench and in size.... hmmm? Jeez I dont see the connection. Maybe the blessing of my height is the reason why I couldnt do as much as my brothers at those ages.

Believe it or not. Either way it dont matter to me. I'm only two inches taller than my brother and 10 pounds lighter, and he was doing 445 at my age.

So you grew 8" in 1 year? Wow that's hard to believe unless you were being fed HGH and didn't know it.

Sorry thread creator this has gotten off topic. Don't expect gains like this guy is saying unless you are using some strong supplementation that I wouldn't recomend.

so aside from the 12 yr old bickering and shit....

a site i started using a while ago which is pretty cool to start out on is freetrainers.com

You can input all your info, and choose the type of program your are looking for. It will calcualte a diet to shoot for and gives you your workout based on how many days/week you wanna work out and the equipment you have acess to, etc.

if you r kind aunsure of where to start maybe try it, i altered some of the things they told me, but overall it was pretty deadly... good luck
