those pioneers dont have pause buttons. so i think id rather take an eclipse over them. but i wanna see what other think about all the other brands b4 my final descision. thanx for the input.
Ya, sq or not, not having a pause button could really **** I would think, I pause my music all the time, whether it be at a stoplight, or If I'm talking to someone in my car, or If I get a call on the cell phone. W/o the pause you just have to turn it down and miss the song you were listening to.In one post you say you're looking for SQ mainly. But you posted here that you don't like these because they don't have pause buttons?? I'm confused, what are you looking for? Whether a deck has a pause button or not is NOT a measurement of the SQ it offers.
Just an FYI.......those Pioneer decks DO in fact have pause buttons.
Alpine/701 processor>all
Which is why I pointed out that those Pioneer decks DO have pause.Ya, sq or not, not having a pause button could really **** I would think, I pause my music all the time, whether it be at a stoplight, or If I'm talking to someone in my car, or If I get a call on the cell phone. Ya...what would ever possess eclipse to NOT put a pause button in though? I mean really, would it have made things all that much more difficult? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif Do the alpines have pause?Which is why I pointed out that those Pioneer decks DO have pause.
Not really sure what Eclipse was thinking, nor do I know if Alpine has that or not. I'm a Pioneer guy myself and I know they have incorporated the "pause" feature.Ya...what would ever possess eclipse to NOT put a pause button in though? read my first post. im looking for a SQ deck...but a pause button is a big issue for me...why is that hard to understand. and no, those pioneers dont have a pause BUTTON, they have a pause feature (like my 550mp had), but no button. and just the feature is a *****, cause you gotta go through function till you get to pause, then select on. of course, i made a short cut by keeping the function button on the pause section of the function list, so that all i need to do is press "function" then ">", but i did this for 2 years, and it was still a real *****. but this is rediculous to argue anyways cause i already bought a deck...In one post you say you're looking for SQ mainly. you gotta read the entire thread before you post. i ALREADY bought a deck that DOESNT have a pause button cause i discovered that with eclipse decks i could just use the power button instead.y do u NEED a pause button anyways? u can just cut the cd player off and it resumes right were it was when u turned it off.... it only takes a second to turn on anyway... i just dont understand.
