kenwood kvt-817dvd or pioneer avic-n2

i just sold my alpine cda-9835 on ebay and now i am going to by a dvd monitor, but i don't know which one is the best one to get. i was trying to decide between the kenwood kvt-817dvd or the pioneer avic-n2. im an alpine guy, but i can't find a good deal on the alpine iva-d901. i've never owned a kenwood, so i don't know to much about their rep on their products. i used to have the pioneer deh-p940mp and it was a really nice deck. i really don't care if it has the navigation or not, i just want a monitor that has a lot of features that lets you adjust the way your music sounds, like my cda-9835 did if it's any way possible to get that as well. which monitor has a better picture? which has more audio features? i would really appreciate the advise! thanks and take care!
