Im trying too see if theyll be enough for what i wanna do in my Civic.

I have 4 that ill put in the back and prolly get whatever powermaster batt fits up front.

Gonna try too run a Stetsom 5kd or Sounddigital equivalent.

Prolly get a decent alt, maybe like 180 or so.

Think 4 SPV70s in back will support about 4000 watts , and not dip below 12.8ish?

Yep. I ran 3 on a stetsom 7k2d and I had a stock 120 amp alt. Plus a stock battery up front. I only dropped into the mid 11's when i burped it. i usally stayed around 13.2 when bumpin it
