I have speaker rings of various sizes for 5.25" all the way up to 18.50" rings. I also make 6x9 to 6.5" speaker adaptors. If you need a set made of your next install or glass project let me know. All of the rings will be made of 1/2" MDf and are cut out using a router (No jig saw). Each mount will consist of 2 rings, for a flushed look. Please PM me and tell me the size you need. Prices are as follows.

im curious how does it help on cd's? does it make them scrtahc resisitant like blu ray discs?

yep it makes them much more durable. I use it on the inkjet printed ones to lock the ink in. most people that are looking for a photo quality job go with ink jet but the injet on a cheaper disc needs to be coated to waterproof it. It also keeps them from getting damaged. Don't put it on the read side only the label side, and even coats or it will throw them off balance.

what are these rings for? I have vw and I'm going to add a 6.5 comp set soon. Why can't I remove old ones, drop in the new ones and thats it? What are trying to solve here?

svarasnj its to go custom mainly, like putting a 6.5 speaker in a 6x8 hole obviously the 6.5 will fall right through so you need somthing to mount the 6.5 to and then have the piece mount in the 6x8 hole understand now? Still waiting on my 2 sets...cant wait till they get here I really need them!

well this sucks, dude pmed me and said he isnt going to be able to make the rings. Its been 2 weeks already with my money and just not comes up with the fact he cant do the rings for another few weeks? To me thats bad business practice.

No mix up, I can post the pm from him to me. He hasnt refunded my money either, this guy is going down hill fast with me. I told him I needed them to finish an install and he assured me he would have them done and shipped out withing a few days, now going on week 3 still nothing?! Any defense for yourself mike? Further more he said he had some boxes to complete how does that matter or make it so you cant make 4 6x8 to 6.5 adapter rings?
