speaker into 2ohm?

okay for the jbl front speakers in my sig im wanting to amp them with a cheap local amp and the speakers are 4 ohm so would i have to wire them into the amp just at 4 ohm or could they be wired at 2 ohm

If the driver is 4ohm, the only way to get a 2ohm load is to wire two of them in parallel.

you can't wire those speakers to two ohm. they are not dual vc

that's actually pertaining to subwoofers not component speakers. you'll be running a 2-channel amp for your components right?
