I purchased the plastic speaker baffles and they said they fit 6.5' speakers, but when i put my bostons FS60 in them, if didn't fit.

What can i do to solve this problem;

1. Buy Foam baffles from crutchfield

2. Cut a hole in the back so that the pressure is released through there

3. Heat up the plastic baffle so that it expands, place the speaker in it while hot, and hope that when it cools down it does pop out.

cutting hole in back- defeats the purpose of a baffle kinda.

third- a little desperate but it might work.

crutchfield- best option in my opinion... as long you don't run into the same prob u had with this one.

the only reason im hesitant about getting the foam ones, is that i will run into the same prolem. but i was thinking that maybe the foam ones would stretch a lil' bit if i screwed them in tight.
