Speaker Baffle Alternatives

I was searching a lot recently about speaker baffles on here. I have had little luck finding any alternative ways to shield front door mounted speakers from moisture. I already lost one midwoofer due to water and I'm not going to lose another. Please post some alternatives to speaker baffles since most of most likely don't want to spend the $15 (total) on Crutchfield.com getting a pair. Pictures are certainly welcome! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Water must be coming in through the top portion. My speaker only sticks out about 1/2" to 1".
I'm with Zach, BB or CC might have what you seek as well. By the time you make something it'd be easier, if not cheaper, to just buy what already works.

I ordered mine from crutchfield, i really didn't think $25 shipped was that bad, especially when i ordered them on sunday, and they're going to be here tomorrow, already.

I just wish crutchfield carried the hard-plastic ones as well as the foam ones. The only store i could find those at was marking them up like a champion.

Oh ya, and i couldn't find hard ones that came in 6.75" or 6.5" that were deep enough for my speaks. Crutchfield has all sorts of oddball sizes.
