I wouldnt go as far as to call them 'cheap subs', I would say they are decent for the money, but they are not the answer for everyone like people tend to be suggesting around here...

what's your point? I know soundsplinter is better than sony....sony sucks *** that's why they sell them in wal-mart lol I'm just saying that everybody is all on alpine's nuts like they have the best shit out there. Reminds me of how everybody was about audiobahn when they first came out lol Maybe the type R is a good sub I don't know, but it looks like it should handle 2000 watts but it only handles 500 which is why I call it cheap. It's one of those subs that teenagers buy because it looks cool:naughty: lmao I'm going to catch hell over that one I know
