Sound Deadening Question

Am I OK with the Damplifier or should I go with the Damplifier Pro?
Is Pro worth the extra $$?

I'd say Pro is worth the money, but you'll be fine with either - you just might have to use a little more Damplifier than Pro.

 
Products like that are very effective at blocking nose - the main concern with floors. It's actually 15 mil lead sheeting composited with foam. 1/4" lead would weigh something like 16 lbs/ft² and e overkill //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
I really think some manufacturers like to use "mills" because not a lot understand what it means. A quarter inch is 250 mills, boys and girls. remember a curved surface is stronger than a flat one. so less deadner is needed.
And also less resonant, most likely.
