dude thats a poor copy of the memphis pre fab they retail @ $110 shipped to your door for less than that $130 http://www.memphiscaraudio.com/products/accessories/enclosures-and-grills/

look @ the dual 10 box I got 3 sitting in my showroom they work well for Pr's

Got my box today, dropped my subs in it and it sounds pretty good. Unfortunately, I think I was probably wanting something a little lower. It's tuned to 34hz, probably shoulda done 32 or 30.

No, it's not the enclosure 4hz tuning difference from 34 to 30 isn't going to help you much for the lows. In fact, I'd go with the 34 since if you go lower, you're going to drag down your output until you get to the tuning frequency. You just want some better speakers, that's all. PRs just aren't outstanding woofers.

So what kind of subs sound better in that box? I know the first thing you're gonna say is probably sundowns or audioques or something lol. I've only got a 500w rms amp though. Is there some 250w rms speakers that would hit the lows a little better maybe that aren't TOO expensive (i.e. less than $100 per sub)?
