Someone please help! (pics)

What you mean groundinf out some where? How could i tell if they are?
Pull the rca that is feeding that amp out of the car. Look at it for any cuts.

If the rca has been pinched or pulled against something, and the inside wire is exposed, it could cause this problem.

I knew it, lol... ^^^^that is your problem
same thing I was thinking supposed to be grounded to the body not the top of the seat bracket and should be sanded to the bare metal. It also looks like in your pix(IMG_1757.jpg) that the power wire is bigger then the ground wire

I think these guys are on the right track, in the past when getting my wire to lay the way I want I have had to unplug my rca's and I remember if you touched the inputs on the amp it would play a constant tone until you got your finger off it, try some different rca cables and see if it stops.

That's only if you are grounding to the body that it is supposed to be 18" or lessbut coming straight from the battery is much better
I would think thats not his problem though a problem maybe but the actual problem not so much, I would pick up some rcs cables first the move the ground under the seatbelt to bare sanded metal then bolt the belt back over it instead of under it.

I agree. He did a negative run, and the sound remained.

Ya i grounded to batt and still got the sound. I would rather ground somewhere elese tho like in my trunk just to eleminate a wire. So you guys are saying i should ground to the metal thats underneath of the black thing that i grounded to in the pic? Does in have to be directly underneath it? Because i cant find a way to get it up.

Oh and no cuts in the rcas that i could see. Will pick up a new pair and probably switch to 4 gauge wires considering i already got a few feet of 4 gauge ofc Ground in my garage. Would only need to buy bout 10 feet of power wire which $3 a foot at my local audio shop.

You can get monster cable 1/0 for less than than that four gauge costs at your local shop, fyi

let it make the noise again and unplug the rca's if it continues the amp is bad. but try not to do it too long as it sounds like your cooking the voice coils!
Bad idea. If you unplug the rca's while the headunit is on you can burn up your amp and headunit.
