Someone help review my enclosure plans

Ok, im trying to build an enclosure for a friend. I want it to be around 2 cubes tuned to 29hz with about 40 sq inches of port........this is what i came up with

15 Height x 30 Width x 16 Depth =7200 divided by 1728 = 4.16 cubes

4.16 minus wood displacement = 3.229 cubes

Port height will be 13.5inches

Port width will be 3inches

That will be about 40.5 sq inches of port

Ok i have 3.229 cubes......the port will be 33.44inches long

(3 plus .75) x 13.5 x 33.44 = 1692.9 divided by 1728 = .979

so i have 3.229 minus the port displacement which is .98 then minus sub displacement which is .1, will leave me with an enclosure that is 2.149 after all displacement. And that should tune it too 29hz.....

Now i know im not perfect and i might have messed up somewhere in here, so i want someone or all of you to explain where i messed up at. If it looks fine, then cool. I put the figures into Bass Box Pro 6 and it said my tuning is around 36hz.....Someone explain....

unless your box is going to be 33 + inches deep your port displacement is wrong
