Someone help I KICK'd myself in the trunk SMH

I'd keep the L7's, get a custom ported box at around 36-38 hz. and make it at least 10-11 cubes after displacement. Put around 1500-2000 watts rms on em' (make sure your electrical can handle it) and they'll get pretty loud. You gotta remember that a square 15 is almost a round 18. And most 18's need 5-6^3.

dont even go to 100hz i would go to 80
20-80hz dosent seem like a wide range. Would that mean my 69's would b handling a lot of the Lo's? Like i say'd i see woofer that get up to 500hz, would that give me more Sub Action?

Ok set the lp filter at 80. Subsonic at 20 get a bigger box. If your gonna use those subs. But get better subs Anyway. What car ?
I have a 2010 Jeep Patriot. An 20-80hz dosent seem like a wide range. Would that mean my 69's would b handling a lot of the Lo's? Like i say'd i see woofer that get up to 500hz, would that give me more Sub Action?

If installed correctly and given enough space they will perform well, if you have the space for them. since you already have them you could run the L7's sell the 5s on craigslist and use that money to put back into the build.
That' s the plan, i was just wonder'n if any of it was worth keep'n. To CL they go, mylows10 has a sweet deal i need to jump on

Your subs aren't made to play frequencies that high. The 6x9s will handle those frequencies

It might not seem like a lot because its only 60 hz but its two full octaves. Its the same as 4000hz to 16000hz for a tweeter. Mids always play the widest range though. If you where really concerned with sq you might run a 3way front stage mid bass, mid and tweet to help with stronger mid bass and smoother mids.

80hz is more than high enough. I run mine crossed at 60hz and it works well with all kinds of music you wont even feel like your missing anything above that.

A wider range range sub is more of a mid that a sub and may not give you the lies you want or need Trust me the sub will be fine
So will the shorter range give me a stronger attack, as opposed to spreading power over the whole 20-100hz?

Realistically a decent ported box for those subs will probably only play 25-55hz. There is a very noticeable difference of only a couple hz down low. Trust us a large ported box tuned around 35hz crossed between 60-80hz with a subsonic set around 25 will make you very happy.

LOWS ARE 20-80 trust me, this is an optimum range for subwoofers.

80-500 is midbass territory please stop confusing stuff. 125hz-300hz is where you get instrumental and drum kicks and background midrange and 300-500 hz is male vocals which has nothing to do with bass comming from a subwoofer. For hard hitting bass, you have to put them in a proper box, as of now, the pre-made box you have will make everything sound like **** and wont get loud even if its the last subwoofer on earth. Kickers need a huge custom made box in order for them to get loud and sound good.

the range of hertz for subs mean jack shiet most of the times its not a measure of how much of a "WHOMP" a sub would give. power and enclosure determines your "whomp" factor.
