I have done the same, but actually it was kind of weird, as I've always been in the "middle" not a Jock nor nerd, but I had this friend that was kind of haning out with me since we was like 6 years old. Great friend, but a little "behind" (absolutley not retarded or anything like that), he just followed everything I did. So in 9:th grade I started for some (stupid) reason to be mean to him and ended my friendship with him..

That was like 4-5 years ago, I met him two months ago and I told him I was really sorry for being so mean to him. i was one of those kids that tried to get along with everyone. tried to be friends with as many different groups as possible. sure i had a ton of "aquantinces" (sp) but once i graduated, i found out very quickly that i only had like 3 real friends
