You're probably right.... I had my amp reaching full power at about 1/2 volume and i ususally had it playing at almost full blast.

I guess I learned my lesson

i have seen 2 type R 12" in a ute with 600 rms into each sub and it sounded awesome and the bass was so loud that the tuning had to he done with an rta and the only speaker system to keep up is 5 pairs yes 5 pairs of typeR 61/2 inch splits and i still couldn't sit in it with the volume past 1/3 power i had to stop because i got a blood nose

Wonderbread is right, with the stats.

it conked out @ 2100W free air.and you cant give it ANY AMOUNT of power, it would eventually blow or fry or tear sumthing //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

i said that about it handling 2100 peak.....i have 1060 watts running to my 15 type r and i havent even had it botton out yet....140db = second place tropy and frirst place in SQ....
