Skar 12's with box....

Ok, I have a choice...

I can send in my subs and get 2 12" Skar with a box for $175

or

buy 2 SA 12's for about $380 new...then go and buy materials to build another box.

I have tried doing my research on the Skar's....and I know Jacob assisted in the building of them.

What should I do?!?!?! Want to order today! Pros/Cons????

Personally I would get the Skars, no need to spend extra money if you dont have to

I was thinking that is a pretty good deal. I could always Craigslist my JL's...they go for about $200 here fairly easy.

I also read that the Skar's seem to get lower, but the SA's seem to have more output. Not sure exactly how to translate that, lol.

Unless you compete the output is not worth the extra money spent IMO

yea.... Kevin said to send him my JL's and he would do the Skar's in a box shipped for $175.

My alternative is to sell my JL's on Craigslist locally and then go buy the SA 12's and build a box.

I might spend $250 total to get the SA's....so Im saving about $75 roughly.

Throwing the Skar's next to the SA's....what would I expect? I might....might...need to keep the box sealed depending on how the ported box fits in the trunk.

Really wont know until I put it in and see what I have.

Uh its called a tape measure, pencil and paper

Pretty sure the SA's are a better sub deff louder, just makes business sense, and the SA's already get low (28hz FS on the 12D4) why would you need to get lower?

Buy some used for ~$300 and sell your JL's for cash
