You go on and build THAT and put a RF 1500 BDCP on it... no comment

Cmon man. I know those specs arnt right... I'm here for input an opinions.... Dnt hold back how I haven't even decided yet if I'm gona build it or get a professional. But that all depends on the feedback I get... But Consider this. I'm a carpenter. I have all the equipment required to cut an glue... It's the maths Abt it I need wrap my head around.

You need to let someone model your subs in Winisd to determine the net Volume/port area for your power level... then you can use any app you like to fabricate the box... I'm done... if you put up parameters I'll help... if not... I'm out... best offer you're likely to get... I'm not "being like that"... parameters ARE necessary for modeling your subs... I don't have "Bonecruncher" parameters in my wallet... LOL!

I'm watching that video from the Link... I'v watched many of this guys videos.... This one is good.. I'm gona watch to the end... Cheers once again shredder.

just learn enough to use winisd. You dont have to worry about the other stuff, just use torres or xplicit audio for that.

main important thing is how it sounds and the port rear air velocity numbers which needs to be under 100 feet per second or 30 meters per second AFTER you enter in projected power. So if you get a rockford 1500bdcp amp, you'll go to the input tab and enter in 1500 watts and then go to rear air velocity tab(its where it says transfer function magnitude) and check the values. You only need a port big enough to avoid compression and port noise and get the tuning you want.

Its good that you have an open mind mate, you'll get loud pretty soon when you soak in knowledge like a sponge.

Holy s$! Your tuned at 65hz, that's just a hole in a box my man. Your port area is kinda around where you might need to be, but you don't want a subwoofer box tuned to 65hz, holy geez. Depending on your goals it differs but I like my daily subs at around 30-35hz depending on each scenario. If you were competing, depending on the frequency of your vehicle you could be up around 40-50hz with a box that would likely sound like poop for music.

Best thing for you right now is patience. Stick around and learn a little bit about the basics of subwoofer enclosures. Don't rush to build yet, because if you build what you have designed there it might make your ears bleed at best.

and not in a good way either.

That box isn't glued except the front face which I doubled to 36mm because wanted it flush with the sub. Other than that the panels are screwed on for disassemble and reassemble, I knew that tweaks would need to be made so I prepared for it (thank God)

I really appreciate you guys input an knowledge I'v learned alot from you guys... When this project is done an everything works out perfectly.... Eh I may just send u all a post card because that Rockford was not on my list, hell I had 4gotten Rockford existed. I'v bought the amp BTW.... I looked up the birth certificate for it... The numbers I saw are exactly what I was hunting for.

Okay.. So it does really seem quite difficult and I am stuck big time so hear are my measurements. 40cm height. 76.5cm width. 44cm depth All measurements are external (18mm MDF) All up it's 107. 2LTs. A single sub requires 50.6LT so I hope I'm on the right track there since I'm running 2 subs. I'm aiming for about 32-38hz but feel free to coment negatively on that. I'm struggling creating the correct measurements for my ports an find somthing that directly concentrates on how to do calculations for the port... So plz help.

Dude I honestly would probably pay for box plans if I were in your position. You really don't have the experience necessary to design your own box yet. It's not as simple as you want it to be and it's probably the most important aspect of the build. Pay for some plans and you see how it's done and practice later. We can't give you all the knowledge you'll need in one thread. Plenty of people here have been doing this for years and don't even know how to design a box still. It's not an overnight skill by any means. Get some experience under your belt.

The closest I could get my hz down to was 40. Since my port comes out at the top of the box.... I'll have to play a little bit more with my top depth to get the right port width. Lol I am very determined right now.

Isnt his port area too low by about 4 sq in per cu ft as well?

Go on and download Winisd alpha... watch this tutorial...

... I've got 25 years plus of experience and it all clicked pretty easily as I do know the car audio environment... I'm asking you to post parameters for a reason... I don't feel it is something you can just jump in and learn easily... maybe you can... there are lots of tutorials online... I'm trying to avoid the... "told you so"... that's coming...
At least you tried... I'll give you that... may I have the parameters please?.. really, I think you should buy some design as Kam has suggested... It seems that even the right questions are eluding you... build a set of plans, get experienced and you'll get it eventually... take a look at this site... https://www.facebook.com/groups/606969149465644/?ref=bookmarks ... it might be your best bet at this point with your level of experience... that amp on those subs will require a nice custom box... that's for sure... stick around the forum and you'll learn... it's NOT an overnight process...
