Single 12" setups. What do some meter?

well it aint gonna matter now, my sub showed up screwed, and because of $$, if the seller doesn't resolve this i will be around 2 months getting it reconed....i am not gonna put myself in a financial bind for a sub..........I sure hope the seller steps up.

oh man thats ****ed up. a grown man just might cry in a situation like that.

 
Did a 138.1 off 1 12 Fi Q in a 1.5cft sealed box facing back off about 1000rms with a decent electrical system. Now if the sub didnt rip, I would be in heaven again. But some how the stupid sub ripped and I have a grill around the sub. Strange yes.

do u think your # woulda been close to 145.8 if the box was tuned to 33 instead of 43Hz?

nah, typically ive found that higher the frequncy the better the score. Especially if you have only lowly driver doing the job. Of course, quite vehicle specific as well. Alot of factors go into it.

probably way lower. its always hard to get a loud & low score. For example, in my Jeep last season I was doing 155+ with one 18" in a hybrid slot box firing to the rear tuned to 65 hz .... this year I decided to go the loud & low route with two 18's in a wall tuned at 35 hz and doing only 152's .... there is always a tradeoff.

i remember that........ that was the testing of the mach5 MJ18:)

2x 4 ohm coils can be wired parallel to 2 ohms or series to 8 ohms. There's many amps with 2 ohm power you can use.

Avoid jvc 480bhs hard to see the display in the daytime even with the brightness all the way up also not as easy getting to the audio menu like...
