Every vehicle is different and every install is different. Putting port in middle doesn't mean equally as loud. It could in one but not the other. Car audio is trial and error and not what you heard on the Internet

That wasnt internet advice, that was chevy ext cab testing.

B pillar walls in all chevy/gmc extended cabs will all be the same other then tuning and power and cone area.

As far as being "loud" just depends on the power.

These cabs will indeed share equal pressure if both sides are sealed or open in the same aspect.

In other vehicles it will differ.

Car audio is not rocket science, if one works in the same vehicle it will work in all other same vehicles.

Only thing that could change it is the owner is 260-300lbs and takes up more cab space then a 160lb driver slim body.

Both windows seems loudest, but on the meter its not.
Depends on port orientation.

Fold your driver seat down when giving demos with driver window partially down and you will get passenger side loud.

Covering the port alot will somewhat change port tuning and will obstruct alot of air. Next wall you should do center to get both sides loud.

Not yet. I went to meter, and the guy broke his computer before I could actually use his termlab.

Just went to another local shop today, and all they had was an audiocontrol meter, lol. Also wanted to charge me $65 to use it......

I'm not paying $65 to meter, especially if it's an audiocontrol meter. That is not legitimate.

While I was at the shop, I gave one of their customers a demo, and he wanted to buy my truck.

Turns out the guy is one of my friends' uncles. He's going to get in touch with me later. I may sell everything to him with the truck for $20,000 and start over.

If the deal does go through, I'll be doing a lot of planning for the next build.

That used to be the mic back in the day. I remember when they used them lol then the stiff term came around. I've seen them 3 to 6 DB off a termlab meter. And I agree $65 is to much if it was free that would be a different story

Yeah, I'd try it for free just for fun, but I'm not going to pay for an audiocontrol session. I'll wait for the guy with the Termlab to get a new computer. It's the new magnum, so it's legit.

Too bad I can't clamp my 20k with it though, haha

Ok, if i'm not getting any pussy tomorrow morning, I can probably take some pics of my truck. It's not pretty with all the duct tape though, which is why I was waiting. I plan to do more fiberglassing. I'm sure the haters will have a hayday
