Ask Me about SI Mag V4!
i highly doubt that bracing is going to help, i would use some 1" dowel rods or 3/4" all thread it would work much better
ok i will throw something together with the different port.Looks good. I like the port in the middle actually //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
I want to tune it to 30hz. That makes it too long to fit without turning. So, I was thinking about trying a 9.5"x9.5" square port that is 31" long, and having it along the bottom then curving upwards on the back wall to reach the 31" length. That will tune it to 30hz.
That also means the baffle will be connected at the top so it is once piece, don't know if that matters though. Seems like it might help stability a bit. Let me know if that will work ~Magick_Man~.
//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif that complicates things a bit...The hole through the back seats is about 12.5" by 35".
they say .25 on their site..Oh yeah, the mag displaces .15.
The subs should be able to fit through there sideways, and there is enough clearance behind that hole to then right the subs and fit them into the baffle from the front like normal. If the sub mounting was your concern, it should be ok I think. I'll do some more measuring tomorrow to double check.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif that complicates things a bit...i think we might have to make either the top or back removable.
and mount the subs from the inside of the box, to be able to install them after the box is built.
i guess we will have to figure something out about that when you get here.

What is 3/4" all thread? And could you suggest a layout of those that you think would work better?i highly doubt that bracing is going to help, i would use some 1" dowel rods or 3/4" all thread it would work much better
I think it's beautiful.so what do you think of this?
~Magick_Man~
i got just over 34"and i am not sure if we will need the extra space.Yeah I thought that might be the case //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
6.5x15.5 has to be 34" long right? Anyway, I think we can actually make the box 42" wide and 28" deep, giving us a little extra space. I know I keep changing that but apparently I **** at measuring. We will figure it out.
not a problem, just flip the box over. viola, port on the other side //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gifI think it's beautiful.
I'm gonna want the port on the drivers side, so the subs sit towards the right of the car. Mostly for weight issues because the battery (60lbs) is already on the drivers side (along with my heavy ***).
Please do!Mind if I join a long and help/watch/listen/play?
