Should police...

Should they ever let someone go because of special circumstances or in every case they are just plain breaking the law and should be dealt the consequences to which they lawfully deserve?

I live like 30 mins from Riviera County where baggy pants is illegal.

Biggest crock of shit I've ever heard. I don't know how it was passed.

And yes, I believe that would fall under what I'm referring to.

When you speed you know you are breaking the law. When your not wearing your seatbelt you know you are breaking the law. The list goes on. Its self explanatory when you do something wrong. People just get pissed because they got caught this time. They will say "Why didn't you get them, they were doing the same thing". Well, Im sure there are others that have taken to fall for others as well, maybe even yours...The law IS the law and YOU know when you break it and you are gambling when you do nothing about it.

Now - when you have an emergency (A REAL ONE), is a different story. Im not saying going 100mph swerving through traffic. That will still be an offense b/c you are being reckful. Having hazrds on trying to get somewhere quick and flashing people to get out of your way is different.

There is a fine line between knowing how to be responsible and irresponsible.
