should I use resin inside of box

I dont do it for a gain as much as to strengthen box overall. I have always resined the seams and around the port. On my latest box I resined inside and out of front plate so i wouldnt have to double baffle

dont do it for a daily driver box. for spl it improves your score. in my case i saw a .6 increase.
What are the disadvantages of doing this in a daily box besides cost? Are you just saying that its not worth the money or that it has some ill effects for daily?

not worth it...honestly i dont see how a thin *** flimsy layer of resin strenghtens a box. fiberglass is weakest on the long flat parts anyway. i would think that it has something to do with the airflow...
