so if i read that correctly, you arent even on a lease there? if you arent on a lease then you do not have possession of the property, which would mean your case doesnt hold water. if you are on a lease, then refer to it and try to find anything that mentions whether maintenance/landlords are allowed to enter the rented premises without the tenant's permission. its also adviseable to check your state's landlord/tenant laws.
