You obviously don't understand any kind of law whatsoever if you think them looking in your unit to see if it's clean is a breach of your rights. If the door is open, anyone can look in. Same goes for windows.Care about respect? How about respecting my privacy? May I add that my landlord lives next door to me and takes every opportunity they can to stare into my unit to see if it's clean or not? That's a charge by itself.
No I bet urs is smaller, I mean come on, your going to try to sue a 60yr old man because he tryed to help you. And yeah, I live at home while I'm in collage so that after I graduate, I wont have to rent from low lifesAnd last, Tonka, I bet you got a smaller dick. I don't think some 18 year old who don't know shit about renting should even respond in this thread. I would bet up on it that you still live at home with your mom eating off her income.
It can easily be labeled as potential for causing an emergency situation. I think you are being a little fucking bitch to be quite honest.Last week on Wednesday night, my kitchen sink got clogged. The next day, when I got home from work, my manager, his wife, and a plumber was in my kitchen fixing the clog. This was all done without my permission or even notification that they were going to enter my unit. Well, I contacted an attorney friend and he told me he'd look into it and call me. Since this happened, I got into an argument with the landlord and put in my 30 day notice. The law is 24 hours written notice. I feel like my rights as a tenant has been violated. It's not an emergency, IMO since it did not involve the unit having a flood, fire, or gas leak.
What do you guys think? Should I sue or not?

lolumad and poor.i never knew car audio had so many lawyers. and it's amazing how many people have the money to just run out at anytime in their life and buy a house never have to rent anything ever. when i grow up i wanna be like you guys, rich, never fall on hard times like loseing a job in a ressesion or get a divorce and have the wife take 1/2 your money. i mean hell this whole world needs to be perfect like the rest of you. lemme rub your head and let that perfection rub off on me please. should he sue? no. but he does have rights as a renter yes. the landlord has to give you 24hr notice before entering into your apt then he can come in. you guys think that a landlord can't keep security dept? lmao yeah ok you think they can't just put a charge to anything in there? lmao ohhh looks like this carpet is stained need a new one,... $800. oh he left the apt. a disaster dirty mess, $500 for cleaning it.....but then again none of you would know about this cause you were all born with silver spoons.
