Last week on Wednesday night, my kitchen sink got clogged. The next day, when I got home from work, my manager, his wife, and a plumber was in my kitchen fixing the clog. This was all done without my permission or even notification that they were going to enter my unit. Well, I contacted an attorney friend and he told me he'd look into it and call me. Since this happened, I got into an argument with the landlord and put in my 30 day notice. The law is 24 hours written notice. I feel like my rights as a tenant has been violated. It's not an emergency, IMO since it did not involve the unit having a flood, fire, or gas leak.
