ok so 1 TYPE R 4ohm DVC wired at 2ohm will pound with an orion 600d? anyother amp suggestions also where can I get a box for it??

First of all, explain why he shouldn't get those. Just a plain NO says nothing at all. I mean, they're only $59 a piece. Show me where you're going to get a pair of Type Rs for that price.

Anyway Raffi, I'd say go for it. That's alot of "bang for the buck" at that price. 400 watts RMS is nothing to sneeze at either.

I can get 1 Type R for $50 used for about 3 days.....I already have the box at 1.5 for the pioneers....If I get the type R I have to get a new box built for it! I am not usre what to do !

Pioneers sound great for the money.

Alpine is like I-pod, there like belly bottons- everybodys got one, and you can get different mp3 players for alot less then the I-pod.

Get away from norm and go for the best bang for the buck.
