Should i sell my 2 12" Type R's and get 1 12" Resonant HC?

personally i think that one sub sounds better than two because it sounds cleaner to me, but that is sound quality. Your probably gonna hit pretty hard if you take what was powering two subs and put it into one, not to mention the sound quality will for sure improve.

Yooo do u got any pics of ur setup cuz that would be reallllllly helpful or could u describe it cuz im gona make a box for my 318 for 2 12's and i duno wat to do.

I just have the seats in the back down, and the subs facing me. Its a sealed box. Sorry dont have pix... Back to the topic. plz

The HC may have a chance to be as loud as the Type-R's if it were to be in a ported box. If it is sealed, i think that the type-R's would be louder, just because of the advantages of having 2 12" subs over one.

it basically comes down to personal preference, do you want more SPL or SQ, but with enough watts and the right box the HC could get **** loud

I loved it when i had my 1 HC in about a 3.5 cube box tuned to 30hz.....sounded AWSOME, had about 1500 or so running to it and it sounded so sweet, DEEP and LOUD, and very clear too

Nope dont even have my 2nd amp in, and i might not get one in for a while. I had someone make an offer thats almost too good for my 2nd amp, and i think i might take it, plus i dont even have my 1/0 power wire and accessories that i ordered (like 3 weeks ago, but there has been some big problems, got shipped to wrong address-people said they shipped it back, but i dont think they did)
