Should I Replace PG Ti500.4 or Not?

I was thinking of replacing my current amps with some new amps since I'm going to relocate them to the trunk. Which 4ch amp would be a good replacement in terms of quality? My budget is between $200-$300 (I want to go with same brand set for sub also).

or should I keep this and just replace my sub amp with a PG Ti amp? My current PG amp doesn't look good aesthetically, but still runs like a champ. Reason I want to get newer amps is because....its new....lol...I had the Ti500.4 for about 3 years now (second owner I think)
