Should I purchase from someone who has no feedback score and didn't follow directions

If you want it you'd have to take the risk. You're not credible either so him shipping first would be equal risk.

How about you ask him to take a pic with his sn? He could still easily rip you off but atleast you know he actually owns it.

Not as much as you may think. This is a tricky situation. Purchases out side of ebay do not hold much water with paypal and even ones made through ebay can get sketchy as well.

I wouldn't do it personally. I would look else where for an amplifier. Not to mention it is not even that great of a deal to start with.

if you really want a 750.1 kicker I'm sure one has one you can pick. Hell if you want to spend $200 shipped I can more then likely get you one.
