Should I polyfill?

I have one 12 RF P3 in a sealed encloser to RF specs on 1000 watts. Should I polyfill it? What will I gain, tighter bass?

Use fiberglass insulation instead. You don't need it, but it depends on the size of how much internal volume you have and what the sub requires.

after polyfilling my boxes I noticed a little bit of a decrease in high end output (at least to the ear) and an increase in low end output, it depends on the sub/box its already in but generally I'd assume similar results

If I had to guess I maybe lost a decibel in the 45+ range and gained 1 or 2 in the

if your box is built to specs you dont need polyfill, all it does is make it seem like there is more volume in the box
