Should i pick up this amp?

Need an amp to power my PPI A2.65c components. There rated at 130 rms each. There currently powered by a clarion amp that puts out 75 rms. Although its pretty weak and i wana upgrade. Found this older alpine amp on craigslist for $75... and i could probably talk him down some. This amp costs $600 on crutchfield. If i bought this amp i would probably be using it in bridged mode. It puts out 200 rms. If i turned the gain wayyy down would the speakers take the power? Also there rated at "3 ohm" so could i run the amp in 4 ohm bridged with this speakers? Or is this not even worth the time and money?
