I picked up this sub a couple of days ago for 300 bucks. Its an 18" kicker solo x, I was going to wall a van but the van that was going to be given to me fell through. I have a regular cab truck so that wont work. I was thinking of getting another vehicle but I know I am going to drop a crap load of cash to get this up and running. I suppose I can buy a cheap suv or van and justify the purchase by buying 2 more subs and going crazy with it. I do have some cash to blow, help me out here guys... is this sub worth going through all that trouble?

I know, I have been wanting to do a wall for a while. I do not really want to do a blow through on my truck. Its almost a classic.

I was going to try to get about 8000 watts to it, I have 6 good batteries right now, and I had my alts picked out to. I already have all the power and ground wire I would need. Big stuff I would need is, alternators, wood for wall, amps, and two more subs.
