If you notice the auction it states MCD 1300, and the end cap shows that in the pic. I bid on it and win it. When it comes it seems kind of small. I also see a sticker on the bottom that shows MCD 600, which is the Baby Belle. Upon further in spection It only needs 75 amps of fuses and that isnt right either. So we cracked it open and the board says MCD600. Now the guy is playing stupid.

He definitely put the wrong title on there, but I will say, the wattage in the description adds up to 620 watts so... Not saying he was right at all, but he may have honestly made a mistake.

Edit: Just noticed the endcap, file a claim LOL GL //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

This is very true, although he wouldnt have bought the amp if he knew it was only a 600. I dont think he is saying he was intentionally scammed, its just not what he thought he was buying, nor is it what is clearly listed.

I know he filed the paypal claim already as well.

gl getting anything from paypal, be sure to use specific model numbers so that they can see that it is significantly different that what you bought. I would use MSRP to show a difference as well.

Paypal normally doesnt get involved if you recieved "Something"

Actually they have a "significantly not as described claim" for ebay items so he will probably win. I found this out when a guy put a screwdriver through a woofer than claimed he got it that way.
