im lookin to buy a 96 eclipse spyder gs-t. its got 83000 on it and hell sell it to me for 3700. it has body kit and custom paint. is this a good car? will i have a lot of problems with it? let me know what you think

yea the only thing i know right now is that the top is messed up. you have to put it down manually.

the 4g63 is a good engine. Can handle abuse and high power (evo...)

It really is dependant on how it was treated. Body kit and turbo car usually means it was beat to hell. Unless you can HONESTLY get one from an old lady with full maintenance history, I would be hesitant.

Body kit and its a 7-bolt, I'd stay away from it unless you're mechanically inclined.

Just get a Honda. They are cheap, get good gas mileage, very reliable, and easy to make fast.

ive heard better things about the 4g63 though, but no personal experience so who knows

all i know is my 1997 RS was in the shop bi-weekly if not more often than that.

that being said... different engine sooooo i dunno
