should i get two amps

i am getting four Crunch 12 fatboys here are the specs:

SVC 4 OHM

250 watts RMS

600 peak watts

i want to get a Sony 2-Channel amp (760 max watts)

should i get two?

someone please help

i would wire all the subs in parallel to create a 1ohm load and then get a class d mono amp like sony, mtx, jl audio, or rockford to name a few. not sure of the sony's ratings, but the others are very accurate (if not under rated) with their wattage ratings.

SONY?!?!?!? you're kidding me right? a sony amp at 1 ohm as you suggested is even worse!!!! i say get the jl 1000/1 when it comes out or a rockford 1000.1

Get a sony Xplod Mobile ES XM-6001GXD MONO 1000watt class d amp!

I have one for my 2 subs and it is aswome, dont listen to what people have to say about Xplod casue they have never even heard them mobile ES is the shit!
