If you are going to put in a system approx 1100 watts rms then you can replace your alt with the highest amprage stock alt that would work on your vehicle.

IF you are going to go well above the 1100 range, then to get a proper system with decent equipment, you will have to save up and raise your budget wich will include a ho alt.

Do it right, do it once ! The choice is yours.

That's y I want the ho alt. I wanna run about 2.5k in the future. The bc is right in the range I want. If I have to sacrifice on the sub side for now I will. I have a few ideas on subs and might try a couple different setups. I mainly wanna buy the right amp the 1st time
