I was just wondering what I should do here. I plan on running a two-way active set up with my Alpine CDA-9853. Originally I was going to run two 2-channel amps, one for my mids and one for my highs.
However, I found a good deal on ebay for a 4-channel and a 2-channel Rainbow amp //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif . I was going to bridge the 4 channel for the mids then use the two channel for the tweets, but i lost the auction for the 2-channel amp though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif. So I will posess a 4-channel rainbow amp soon enough.
So after all that, my question is this, should i run the 4-channel for the mids and highs? Or should I try to get another rainbow 2-channel amp and bridge the 4-channel so I can get some headroom?
Thank you for any helpful replies
